Delivery

Desired delivery date
While arranging your order, you have the opportunity to enter a desired delivery date. After you have placed your order, the final date of reception will be confirmed via e-mail. You’re welcome to check the status of your order on the client platform. Look it up under the ‘My account’ menu.
 
Collection in our warehouse
You can also pick up your order in the isomasters warehouse (Pontstraat 80, 8791 Beveren-Leie). You will be notified when your order is ready.

Warehouse opening hours
Monday to Friday: 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
Closed on weekends and public holidays.
 
Deliveries outside Belgium (for spare parts and Minibox)
All orders received by us are ready for departure from our warehouse after a maximum of 3 days, following the order processing. The exact delivery time depends on the place of delivery and varies from country to country. We are committed to processing your orders within 48 hours at all times.

Deliveries outside Belgium (for Modular)
After processing, add a delivery time of  max. 4 weeks for addresses within Europe.

France

• For spare parts: €55,00

• Additional costs:
  • Delivery with transportable forklift: €225,00 excl. VAT
  • Delivery by 19T truck with tailgate : €60,00 excl. VAT (maximum length of freight 2400 m)
  • Delivery by truck with tailgate : €75,00 excl. VAT (maximum length of freight 2400 m)
  • Delivery by small truck 3.5 T : €450,00 excl. VAT

Please note: the prices above are only valid on the mainland of France (excluding Corsica)!

Germany

• For spare parts: €25,00
• For Modular and Minibox: from €250,00
• Additional costs:
  • Delivery with on board forklift: €150,00 excl. VAT

Denmark

• For spare parts: €25,00
• For Modular and Minibox: price on request

Please note: Outside the EU, import or customs charges may apply. These amounts are calculated by the country in question. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring these costs are met. If you would like to know the extent of the costs, we advise you to contact the customs service for the relevant country.
